Yoga, either in a class or with a video, is a great way to get the kinks out of mind and body.

Health is defined as a complete state of physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity, as per the World Health Organization.

For all the reasons that we know, stress is one of the key factors in why we gain weight, become despondent, and watch our health deteriorate.

In the face of stress, good health habits fall by the wayside. Often, it’s a matter of there simply not being enough hours in the day to “do it all.”
